This means I appreciate hearing your input, as I bring in my training from different therapeutic frameworks including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT) and person-centred therapy (PCT), with regular discussion on how we are supporting your needs. To gain the most out of therapy, I would like you to feel comfortable and understood as we work towards your goals. This means that I take time to get to know you and your experiences at your pace. This helps to co-create a psychological formulation, and collaboratively determine a therapeutic plan which works for you.
